Travel from MK42 is charged at £0.50 per mile both ways for the trial and on the day. Travel time – £10 per hour.  Costs for parking, rail fairs or hotel accommodation is to be covered by you. Hotels are to be booked where it is not practical to travel on the day of your wedding i.e. limited time available, or severe weather conditions have been forecast.

Do you require a booking fee?

In order to secure your wedding date, immediate payment of a non-refundable, and non-transferrable, booking fee is required before a date will be held. Your booking fee will be deducted from the final balance and is not an upfront payment for trials. Trial costs are due before or at the time of the trial. The remaining balance is due four weeks before the wedding day.

How do I book?

After discussing your requirements and you letting me know you would like to book, I would send out a booking form and a contract via email for you to sign and return. Once I have received these I will then send over an invoice for the booking, which can be paid by cash, cheque or by bank transfer.

How many people can you work with on the morning of the wedding?

Generally, I can carry out up to 6 individual sessions on the wedding day.

When do I pay?

Your non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee is payable when making the booking to secure your wedding date. Your trial payment is due on the day of the trial and the final balance of your booking (including travel costs) is due 1 month before your wedding day. Failure to meet these terms could result in the cancellation of your booking.

What products do you use?

I use a wide range of products including both high street and high end brands such as MAC, YSL, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Urban Decay etc to ensure your makeup will look flawless and give a lasting finish.

What should I expect on the wedding day?

I will travel to you, whether that be in the comfort of your own home or at your venue for your bridal preparations. Ideally, it would be great to have a chair and table set up in good natural light.

At your trial we’ll discuss timings for the day so you know what time I will arrive and finish. This is usually around an hour before you need to leave, to give you time to get into your dress and have your photographs taken.

Will my makeup last?

I will do everything I can to make sure your makeup is extremely durable and long lasting on your wedding day, please be aware that everybody’s skin is different and how well the makeup stays put will be an important factor.

I will advise you buy a couple of products for touch ups on the wedding day, such as the lipstick we use at the trial and a compact powder.

What are your cancellation procedures?

The booking fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, regardless of the date on which you cancel. Full Cancellation policy details will be on your contract.
